In Howz an Organisation is a corporate customer e.g. Anytown NHS Foundation Trust. Within an Organisation there can be many Groups which are a collection of Sites. A Site is a home in which Howz equipment is installed.
An Organisation can have different types of corporate users such as Installers, Analysts and Administrators. A user can be a member of more than one Organisation but can only have one role within an Organisation.
To interact with a Site corporate users must be associated with the Group that a Site is a member of. A Site can only be a member of one Group.
Family users are associated directly with a site. They can be a Family Admin or a VIP.
