If your VIP has not received your invitation please:
- check that the email you have entered for them is the one they normally use;
- ask them to check that it has not been marked as 'Spam' by their email system;
- if the VIP is using a Gmail account make sure that their address using 'gmail.com' rather than 'googlemail.com'.
