The aim of the project was to assess the feasibility of using Howz system sensors as an intervention for patients with long-term multi-morbidities, and to examine the impact on their wellbeing. The patients were living at home under the care of a general practitioner (GP). The Howz app allows a participant and next of kin (NoK) to view information about their daily living routine. Where a change is detected the NoK will notify the patients’ GP who can then access the information alongside the clinical information and decide on the correct course of action.
